Illustration with fictional data. Real reports cover ~10 questions × 4 assistants.

Why now

Customers ask AI assistants for recommendations. Your clients will ask you what those assistants say.

People now type questions like "who's the best plumber near me?" into ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or Perplexity and get a short list of businesses back — not ten blue links. Traditional rank trackers don't show whether a client is on that list.

  • A new question from clients. Business owners hear about AI search and want to know where they stand. A clear report answers that question with evidence instead of guesses.
  • Different assistants, different answers. Each assistant may name different businesses and cite different sources. Checking all four side by side shows the full picture.
  • Something concrete to work on. Seeing which competitors are named and which sources get cited points to practical next steps — reviews, listings, directory profiles, on-site content.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which AI assistants do you check?

ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google) and Perplexity. Every report covers all four.

How is visibility measured?

For each client brand you enter a category and a city (for example, "roofing contractor" in "Austin, TX"). We ask each assistant around 10 buyer-intent questions — the kind a customer would type, like "best roofing contractor in Austin, TX" — through the providers' official APIs. We then record whether the business is named, at which position in the answer, which competitors are named instead (share of voice) and which sources are cited. Recommendations are generated from fixed rules applied to those results.

Important limitations: answers from the APIs can differ from what people see in the consumer apps, and AI answers vary from run to run. A report is a snapshot of what the assistants said when we asked — not a ranking and not a guarantee.

Is it really white-label?

Yes. Reports carry your agency's name, logo and brand color. There is no AnswerRoster branding in the PDF or HTML report, so you can send it to clients as your own.

What can I use the reports for?

Monthly client reporting, prospecting audits for businesses you'd like to win as clients, and conversations about additional services. It's your report to use how you see fit.

Does it guarantee my clients will show up in AI answers?

No. AnswerRoster measures and reports; it does not control what AI assistants say, and nobody can guarantee a ranking or recommendation from them. The report's recommendations are practical suggestions, not promises of results.

What happens to the data I enter?

To generate a report we send the brand name, domain, category and city you enter — as part of the questions — to the AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity) through their APIs. We don't sell or share personal information, and we don't use tracking cookies. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

When does access open, and what does the waitlist get?

AnswerRoster is in early access and there's no checkout yet. We'll open access gradually and email the waitlist first. Waitlist members get the free trial (1 brand, 1 report, no card required) before public launch. Paid plans launch after that.

What is your refund policy?

Once paid plans launch: a 30-day money-back guarantee on the first payment of any paid plan, and you can cancel anytime. See the Refund Policy.

Can I book a demo or a sales call?

No — AnswerRoster is fully self-serve and we don't do sales calls. Support is by email at hello@answerroster.com; we aim to reply within 2 business days.
